If for any reason you are not happy with our product, please return the gift box within 10 days to receive a full refund (we ask that you pay for the return shipping cost). If it was our mistake in shipping the wrong item, you will receive a full refund and we will pay the return shipping.

We ship all of our gift boxes by United States Postal Service's Priority Mail and shipping confirmation will be checked. All orders, except for special orders, will be processed in 3-5 days.

The Collars and Leashes in our gift boxes are not recommended for Tie Out.
